Shane Clark joined in 2001, became President in 2008, and purchased the firm from Steiner in 2021. Under his leadership, Americo has been involved in more than 15 million square feet of commercial transactions across North Texas — from single-tenant industrial buildings to multi-asset syndication partnerships representing over $1.5 billion in total value.

With over 33 years of commercial real estate experience spanning industrial, office, flex, and land development, Shane has negotiated thousands of lease and sale transactions, served as General Partner on private real estate syndication partnerships representing more than $1.5 billion in total asset value, and overseen the construction, management, and leasing of commercial assets across North Texas.
Shane is also a licensed public insurance adjuster — a credential that gives Americo's clients a distinct advantage when navigating risk management, property claims, and complex property-related challenges.
Ann Rogers serves as Relationship Manager at Americo Real Estate, working directly with tenants to ensure their needs are met and their experience is seamless. She is the primary point of contact for tenant communications and ongoing relationship management.
